Commentaires du RCP

Ce médicament est contre-indiqué dans les situations suivantes :

- hypersensibilité à la substance active ou à l'un des excipients,
- enfant de moins de 2 ans,
- allaitement,
- traitement concomitant par un médicament connu pour allonger l'intervalle QT (Cf. rubrique "Interactions"),
- patients présentant un syndrome du QT long congénital,
- patients ayant un allongement connu ou suspecté de l'intervalle QT ou un déséquilibre électrolytique, en particulier une hypokaliémie,
- bradycardie cliniquement significative,
- antécédents d'agranulocytose liés à la prise de phénothiazines,
- risque de glaucome par fermeture de l'angle,
- risque de rétention urinaire liée à des troubles urétro-prostatiques.
